Students Flat 02 with Cassandra Carvas / 70 m2 / Guimarães 2015.
This project was an informal renewal of a mid 70’s apartment. With a low budget 6.000 € and some infra-structural needs (plumbing system), our aim was to bring some harmony to space. It’s black, white & wood. We kept the floor and we introduced a big black pipe, with plumbing system inside, that crosses some common areas of the apartment. The kitchen is a simple timber structure with a quartz countertop.
